Feature Proposal: Add Installer Link To Extension Info Table

Motivation

Its just a minor but nice feature to be able to use wget from your local directory to download the latest extenstion installer. But the installer link in the attachment table goes through viewfile and asks authorization. Why not add a direct link to the installer beneath the Home, Feedback, Appraisal links? Copy link, go to bash window, wget and paste.
