Feature Proposal: Add textarea+rich type to TWiki Form Definitions

Motivation

Allows TWikiApps? to be designed to present contained HTML blocks in TWikiForm? fields. with isolated HTML WYSIWYG for rich TWiki apps that don't depend on translating mixed TML/HTML into HTML and back into mixed TML/HTML

Description and Documentation

Add a textarea+rich type to the TWikiForms? definition that would cover the textarea with a wysiwyg html editor and store the contents of the field as html.
