Bug: the shipped EmptyPluginDotPm does not contain a handler for the new beforeAttachmentSaveHandler. This means that from a plugin authors perspective, it effectively doesn't exist

While you are fixing that, how about converting all the documentation in that file into POD format? Pour encourage les autres?
