Committed Developer

Any proposal for new features must have a committed developer to be taken serious.

It is obvious that the developer community cannot accept any wish for a new feature that anyone may put forward. You are welcome to propose features, but the release process and the decision process does not come into effect until at least one developer has come forward and committed to implement the feature IF it is accepted by the community.

Most importantly the 14-day auto-acceptance rule does not come into play until a committed developer has come forward on the proposal topic.
