Condition on User's Access Rights

I would like to control some topic content (part of a topic) based on the current user's access rights. I figured to do this using an %IF condition based on their group membership. Something like %IF{"user-groups includes special-group" THEN="show this content" ELSE=""}%. However I can't figure out the condition using twiki variables, or perhaps there is another way to achieve this in twiki.
