I propose 2 more roles:

• Refactorizer (refactorista? ) - because it's a lot of work to refactor pages.
• Prioritizer We have so many projects, and not enough people capable/allowed commit changes to CVS. But still priorities are not clear. For contributors it will be bonus to know that ie. code towards skin improvement has better chance to be included than speeding up metadata (or vice versa).
