Feature Proposal: Create an AllUsersGroup

There is a need to have a group that lists all valid/registered users. That group can be added to other TWiki group topics as needed.

There is an old proposal AddUserToGroupsOnRegistration that never got implemented. It has the flexibility to have users added to arbitrary groups at time of user registration. The spec is a bit complex, IMHO more than what most sites need.

Description and Documentation

Add an implicit AllUsersGroup that gets dynamically populated with all valid users. What is considered a valid user depends on the user mapping manager and password manager. For the default ht-password manager it is the list of registered users.

WhatDoesItAffect: Usability
Security If automated too well, could relax the human constraints that make spammers less capable to get in and wreck good wiki spaces

Ping myself (as committed develoepr). This is a useful feature that has been requested many times. Anybody interested in implementing it?

I removed myself as committed developer, I have too many other features pending to be implemented. Anyone interested to help out on this feature? It has been requested again at Support.SID-01367.
