Czech Translation

I have translated around 2/3 of user interface of twiki. Because I finally decided to choose different wiki software, I am attaching cs.po file for free use.

Přeložil jsem přibližně dvě třetiny uživatelského rozhraní pro twiki. Protože nakonec jsem se rozhodl použít jiné wiki, připojuji soubor cs.po pro volné použití

We will soon release TWiki 4.1. If you can finish the translation by 2006-12-28 we can take it into this release. If possible, try to finish some days before this deadline, so we can handle any issues that may appear with the translations.
