Agenda
TWiki 4.0.2 release
- Desired outcome: Remaining tasks and release timing of TWikiRelease04x00x02
- Bug status: Requirement: 5, Urgent: 5, Normal: 35, Low: 16
- Problem at the moment is that more bugs are opened than closed. Because people think Edinburgh more than getting Dakar stable.
- It is good to have as many "normal" items fixed as possible.
- Discussion on marking items
- Try to mark as 4.0.2 requirement up front, not at fix time
Short summary on which bugs are 4.0.2 crucial and which are targeted at Edinburgh:
The only items that will be merged over for 4.0.2 are the ticked items - and even then, only the ones that merge relativly cleanly.
Timeline, 4.0.2
"When it's done, it's done" vs.
"If there isn't a deadline, the work will fill the remaining space and time continuum".
Decided on a two week timeframe, allowing for the new div-based PatternSkin to finish and stabilize.
Release focus of Edinburgh Release
- Desired outcome: Agree on tentative release focus

Tinderbox
- wbniv has fixed the tinderbox and install scripts to be up to date, and would like to deploy it.
- Can't be done at the moment, develop.twiki.org can't handle the load, and it's impossible to synch the SVN repository to a machine located elsewhere to run the tinderbox off a local SVN there (see IRC log for details).
