Feature Proposal: It should be possible to enable or disable several Tips of the day

Motivation

To ensure an important tip of the day is recognized by all users it sould be possible to enable or disable every single tip of the day without deleting it.

To ensure an important tip of the day is recognized by all users it sould be possible to enable or disable every single tip of the day without deleting it.

Another two useful options could be:

• Users can mark a single tip of the day as read (the relevant tip will no longer appear for them).
• Users have to mark a single tip of the day as read (the relevant tip will then no longer appear for them).

Examples

One single important announcement is to be shown all day long. Next day all tips are to rotate, again.
