Real-time instant outliner idea

It'd be neat as a TWiki plugin... perhaps we can integrate with an existing java applet that does this? Does one exist?

I keep thinking that we may be getting close to a twiki-based outliner. Seems like TreeBrowserPlugin is getting us closer. Combine that with SectionalEditPlugin, plus maybe CommentPlugin to quickly add new sections... and we're getting pretty close.
