Bug: More Topic Actions kicks Internal Server Error

On the twiki.org web site, clicking the "More topic actions" link on a userpage kicks an 500 internal server error.

Thought you would appreciate the heads-up.

Test case

I tried this off my my page, FredMorris which is how I discovered it. So I tried it off of PeterThoeny just to be sure! :-

Environment

TWiki version: TWikiRelease02Sep2004
TWiki plugins: DefaultPlugin, EmptyPlugin, InterwikiPlugin
Server OS: source forge / twiki.org
Web server: Apache 1.3.33
Perl version: source forge / twiki.org
Client OS: Windows
Web Browser: Internet Explorer
