I have a site which hosts multiple TWikis without using Apache Virtual Hosts. I wanted ShorterURLs, so came up with modifications to the
mod_rewrite rules posted in ShorterURLs. I've attached the rules and a couple of TWiki patches required to make things work. Documentation is in the .conf file
