TWikiDocumentation is sometimes incorrect when it says:

The scripts execute as nobody . Set the file permission of all Perl scripts in the twiki/bin directory as executable to -rw-r-xr-x.

Symptoms include a "Internal Server Error." with log entry: "Premature end of script headers: ...".
