Motivation
enable TWiki to automatically select the right skin for a particular browserDescription and Documentation
TWiki currently uses either a TWiki Variable, or a url parameter to select the skin. This would allow TWiki to recognise that an iPhone (or lynx) requires a different skin from Firefox.Examples
