Feedback for Presentation: Wiki Collaboration and Wiki Applications for the Enterprise

I am looking for some cool sample TWikiApplications suitable to demonstrate at LinuxWorld. Please let us know your suggestions in this topic here. See also related CollaborativeTechnologiesConference2005.

Also, I am looking for a good case study of a successful & larger TWiki deployment that has some Wiki applications. Please let me know if you have one or know of someone.
