TWiki Release 4.1.0-rc1

This release candidate is made available for testing by the developer community and based on SVN MAIN branch revision 12298 (18 Dec 2006).

This release is now pretty stable but we have a few bugs to kill and some language updates pending.

This rc release is not recommended for production use.

For production use - it is recommended to download TWiki Release 4.0.5.

TWiki 4.1 is expected release first week of January.
