I think this is a sensible thing to do. Also, the downloaded package should be named TWikiRelease2005x11x06x7338beta.tgz instead of TWiki.tgz.

I can't download the tgz via Firefox. Rightclick save as doesnt downlad the actual tgz file, I have to use MSIE to get it. Tried from two different computers.
