1. It doesn't seem to find TWiki.pm correctly
2. The code that handles RCS rev numbers needs to handle Egrep and Fgrep without failing
3. The output should be XHTML compliant

OK, these have all been fixed.

LogfileName? , WarningFileName? , DebugFileName? are wrongly labelled as ERROR: see http://develop.twiki.org/~develop/cgi-bin/testenv

testenv line 701 : the checking should be done as it is for Datadir ??
