Meta : I'm surprised this definition doesn't exist on TWiki.org (mind you, it does now)

One definition might be
stuff that makes it so that the user understands all of: what they can do, how to do, safe to try it, empowered to do it, all without asking anyone.

There's always a better one. I personally prefer the definition "not user hostile" since user hostile is a simpler set of qualities to define.
