in our company we use ActionTrackerPlugin long time and we implemented our task-tracking system into it. Maybe I should say that I hardly modified ActionTrackerPlugin from May 2003. Bad news is that I don't think that anybody can use it without big troubles with compatibility of other things like plugins or skin. :-((( But I think that I implemet a lot of features which people ask in ActionTrackerPluginDev topic and mutch more. That's why I post our ActionTrackerPlugin here. You can take parts of code and implement it into nowadays ActionTrackerPlugin.

What I implemented:

• UID checker
  • checks for the same UID through topic
  • checks for the same UID through whole TWiki
• new GUI
  • CSS for list of actions (see list of actions screenshot and ACTIONSEARCH screenshot)
  • icons for editing, removing
  • link to add new action without editing the content of topic
• flexible generating of edit actions
  • it is possible to set EDITHEADER and EDITFORMAT variables to dynamic generation of fields
  • added calendar support (see edit action screenshot)
  • after edit it goes to topic of last edited action (also from ACTIONSEARCH output)
• notifications
  • added taskmaster field
  • after any change is send mail with changed fields to taskmaster, who and people in notify field
• it should work with all browsers (if there is a browser which is not used by someone in our company, I don't believe in its existation at all :-))))

In the zipped file I put all files which relates to my ActionTrackerPlugin.

WARNING!!! DON'T INSTALL ATTACHED PACKAGE BECAUSE WITH HIGH PROBABILITY IT WILL BE NOT FUNCTIONAL IN YOUR TWIKI INSTALLATION!!!
