A plugin that facilitates addressbook functionality. It could interface with an existing LDAP or SQL database, or could be self-contained (or either/both via configuration selection).

Could be a great way to populate the Wiki with corporate information, etc.

There is already a LdapPlugin that allows you to query data out of an LDAP server. We use that to produce a listing on the wiki of all our addresses. It seems like it might be useful to enhance that existing plugin to also allow the save/creation of the data instead of just the query of it.
