Question

Are the Perl module requirements increased from TWiki 4.0.x to 4.1.0 excessive, as is the Perl version requirement? See Bug 3476 for the Perl version requirement issue and my follow-up regarding module requirements.

Yes, more work is required to sort out the required env. Other lib requirements seem to be excessive as well.
