Question

Clicking on any item under the Categories topic including AdminTools? results in no browser page update. There are no browser error messages or Apache log errors. The requested page simply does not appear. I am logged in using my registered TwikiName? and this name is included in the TwikiAdminGroup? . I have three similar Twiki installations and all three are behaving in the same manner. I have followed all the installation instructions and read all relevent documentation but can find no clue to the cause of this problem.

I initially configured Twiki using a seperate installation of ActiveState? Perl 5.8.8 instead of using Perl from within the cygwin distribution. The format of the shebang line in the cgi scripts I used was "f:/Perl/bin/perl". When I switched over to using cygwin's Perl with the line f:/cygwin/bin/perl (with no quotes), the missing functions became available.
