Answer

ALERT! If you answer a question - or have a question you asked answered by someone - please remember to edit the page and set the status to answered. The status is in a drop-down list below the edit box.

This can be done with SectionalEditPlugin.

Can't install (can't rund the install-script) this plugin. Anyone out there can help me ?

-- MarcWidmer - 04 Jun 2007

I can't run the installscript located at : httP://Www.idotter.ch/twiki/bin/SectionalEditPlugin_installer.pl

Anyone help me please ...

-- MarcWidmer - 12 Jun 2007

It's not necessary to run the installer script. Just unpack the files, correct the file permissions, and you should be ready to go.

Alternatively, you could also check ou MultiEditPlugin. Let us know if this solves your problem.

Thank you Jos ...

I downloaded both and dropped the files in their places ... but twiki doesnt recognize them ... they don't appear under Active Plugins ... Do i have to set preferences or something like this. If you could check my installation write me an eMail to marc@(NOSPAM)idotter.ch and i'll send you the login ...

After unpacking them, you need to activate them in configure (is the last section).

Alternatively, if your server has an internet connection you can install plugins directly from the configure interface.
