Question

How to edit the web menu

I try to modify the web manu but the system keep on inform me that i dont have access right to modify it cause i not the super user.

Now, becuse of the system engineer who setup the twiki page in my company had left so how can i get the super user access right to modify the webmanu.

I just got the administrator login for the linux machine.

QUESTION: Are you trying to modify the web menu from the TWiki page interface, or are you trying to edit the TWiki files in Linux with a text editor? It is not clear which access rights you are talking about.

Try this. Open the file named TwikiAdminGroup.txt with a text editor and change this line:

* Set GROUP =

Put your WikiName in the group. That should give you admin rights. The file is in twiki\data\Main in my installation.
