Question

I would like to change the layout of the PatternSkin, but only for Lynx/Palm browsers/etc. The current layout is great for most browsers, but the navbar should render at the bottom (it already has those helpful Jump links for text-based browsers). I know this is possible with some fancy CSS work, but don't know how.

I have studied the PatterSkin example of moving the navbar to the right. When I did it successfully, Lynx/Palm stil render the navbar on top of the contents frown

Environment

TWiki version: TWikiRelease02Sep2004
Web Browser: Palm (WebPro? ) / Lynx / Blind text readers / etc.
Categories: Internationalisation, Localisation, Skin

Answer

Good point - I use a Treo mobile phone and it would be nice to sort this out when using TWiki. Try posting on TWikisNewLook, which ArthurClemens should respond to.

Thanks for the link to the relevant topic. Are you able to edit a TWiki with a Treo? I have not had success, the large textbox is unnavigable (unnavigatable?). Perhaps %COMMENT{}% buttons work, I have not tested that yet
