I am unable to configure the RCS for apache 2.o and perl 8 which i am using for twiki DAKAR the registration page is not working please help.. iam using WindowsXP?

The best approach is to use RcsLite? instead of RCS on a windows server, especially with Active Perl. Some people have been able to get RCS working, but AFAIK only in cygwin. I am not one of them
