Hi,
I am trying to install TWiki in
DreamHost and for some reason when I get to the point where I have to run the configuration the login screen comes up then I hit cancel then all I see is "{ScriptUrlPath}/view/TWiki/TWikiRegistration" after hours of looking around and trying diffrent things I just can not figure out why this is. Can anyone tell me why? I feel like it must be something obvious.
Here are a few things I have looked at
*Changing all of the permissions in a verity of ways (going as far as just 777)
*Adding the .pl to the end of all of the Perl files (I am not sure if the
ScriptSuffix is put in right though)
*I am using the default .htaccess files so there is certainly "SetHandler cgi-script"
*I deleted everything and reinstalled it twice.
*I double and tripled checked that all of my paths are correct
*and the list goes on...
Thanks for the help.

Discussion and Answer
Not sure on the details of
DreamHost
hosting environment. The issue seems to be with your .htaccess file.
Is it possible for you to share?
- Directory structure of TWIKI_ROOT,
- any advice provided by
DreamHost
to run Apache/CGI applications
- your .htaccess file details, i am assuming you do not have access to change the Apache configuration files.
cheers
