I installed Twiki on a server that is relatively fast. When I was the only user on the site it ran at a pretty steady pace, but it always took about 5 seconds for a page to load. Once multiple users were on the site it has started taking up to 10-20 seconds for a page to load. I imagine the problem is either in the perl or apache config. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Discussion and Answer
I do not recommend running TWiki on a Win XP in a production environment. If you use Linux or Windows Server your page loads should be in the 1.5-2 sec range.
If you are a Windows shop, consider running TWiki in a VMware client running Linux.

We need the site to be easily accessible. Would the users still be able to enter the website URL in their browser like now or would there be additional overhead using a VMware client? If not, please give me a link to instructions and I can see about setting that up.

I followed instructions on
http://twiki.org/cgi-bin/view/Codev/TWikiVMDebianStable#How_to_get_started and have it setup on a virtual machine now (that was a lot easier!). But now is there an easy way to tranfer my pages (I have over 200 pages I created) from my original wiki onto the virtual machine?

I found a couple of guides that can probably help. I'll post a new question if I cannot figure it out.
