When I do a search in the TWiki, all the topic authors (third column) shows
UnknownUser except the user that created them.
Example:
Results from Project web:
Topic1 r14 - 2010-09-14 - 10:23
UnknownUser
Topic2 r3 - 2009-12-03 - 13:48
UnknownUser
...
But when you enter in that topic, at the bottom of the page you can see the correct author:
Topic revision: r14 - 2010-09-14 - 10:23:53 - pjohn
The authentication is done via LDAP, no user is registered in TWiki. In version 4.0.5 that worked, but now in 5.0.0 it doesn't.
What can I do to fix it?
Thank you very much.

Discussion and Answer
Check the
{RenderLoggedInButUnknownUsers}
configure setting.

Dear
PeterThoeny,
Thanks, but I search for this parameter in "configure" and didn't find it. I also tried to put that config parameter in the
LocalSite.cfg file, with no success.
So I still have this problem.
How I can find information about this parameter, where to set it, which value (1, 0)... etc.
Thank you very much.

This is an "expert setting". On top of configure, click on "yes I have read the documentation" button to turn on expert mode. BTW, I do not know if this fixes the issue you report.
