SID-01494: Attach action silently fails

Status: Answered Answered TWiki version: 5.1.1 Perl version: 5.10.1
Category: CategoryAttachments Server OS: RedHat Linux 6.2 Last update: 11 years ago

I have installed TWiki 5.1.1 on my home system and work system as far as I can tell identically.

At home on CentOS 6.2 the "Attach" action does what I expect - attaches files and a table of attachements appears.

On my office system Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.2 (a very simple vanilla installation) The Attach action lets you go through the motion of attaching a file but the file never gets attached.

The logs show no errors.

Any advice sincerely appreciated.

Well this is now working. All I did was add the WebMasterEmail (which I had neglected to add when configuring).

Surely that would not have made the difference - would it?

Correct, the webmaster e-mail should not have any influence. Not sure why it did not work.
