Hi all, I am stuck with a serious issue. Our intranet twiki website has no existing admin users. The previous admin left the organisation and I cannot add myself as admin.

Could you please help by letting me know how I can add myself as administrator?

Regards, Vinay

Discussion and Answer

You have to edit the twiki/lib/LocalSite.cfg file, Remove the {password} line. Then in configure script you will be able to setup a new password for the admin user. Log in as admin and change groups and users as you want. You may want to add your user login to the TWikiAdminGroup

Hi Enrique, The {password} line is removed from LocalSite.cfg. Could you please list the steps to run the configure script

I am aware of adding my user login to TwikiAdminGroup.
