You can see PERL-listing (%, $ - symbols) in html-code.
I saw a html-code, and it seem to me that perl interpreted html-code wrong (not between <div> tags):
but in my
/configure all plugins are enabled:
What should i do (what manuals to read?) to configure it well?
thanks a lot

Discussion and Answer
Something seems quite off with your TWiki installation. The configure screen should show check boxes to enable/disable plugins, not edit fields.
I am not familiar with TWiki on freebsd and Perl 20.
Check if you see any errors in your TWiki.InstalledPlugins topic.
This could be related to new
CPAN:CGI version that has compatibility issues. See
TWikiSystemRequirements.
A new TWiki extension is now available that addresses the CGI issue:
CgiContrib - for background see
AddCGIpmToTWikiCore.
