I can use Apache LDAP AD Authentication to login TWiki. But is it possible setting when I login my computer then automatically login Twiki? It mean I don't need to type login name and password in Apache dialog again with same AD account?

Discussion and Answer

Use Shibboleth for SingleSignOn. See HowToEnableSingleSignOn and http://www.telecom-sudparis.eu/s2ia/user/procacci/Doc/twiki.html

Thanks, but my TWiki installed in Windows Server 2012 with Apache 2.4, Shibboleth seem use in Ubuntu Server.

There is native Shibboleth installs for Windows, see for example https://wiki.shibboleth.net/confluence/display/SHIB2/NativeSPWindowsInstall

To get this resolved speedily you could hire one of the TWikiConsultants.
