Question
Data lines of a table can not be displayed bold using wiki notation. I.e.
WORD
I get it rendered as header field.
Even using
TablePlugin (Version 1st Aug. 2004) and TABLE{headerrows="1"} i get this behaviour.
An example:
aaa |
bbb |
Comment |
text |

wrong rendering |
text |

should be like this |
I suggest to limit the header style wiki notation (enclosing with '*') to the real header lines.

This is no bug, this is a documented feature.

this is a documented "feature" that has been fixed in Develop

Will, could you explain what this "fix" is? Is this is spec change?

thomas checked in the change in SVN r4230 ("Avoid creating header cell in middle of form"). other adjustments were made in SVN r4244 and perhaps others...

Oh,
DakarFormRelatedProblems, I will follow up there.

Please note that there is some confusion here. The fix
WillNorris is referring to deals only with forms. Table formatting is not affected. Please be aware that the TWiki specification says that a cell where the content is fully bolded is rendered as header cell.

However, I don't think the following examples of this situation are right: The top row has a problem with the
*
showing, and I think that the second row might not exactly meet the criteria for header cells...

There is a limitation with sharing the syntax of table headers and bold text: You can't mix both. This is a small limiation since most browsers render table headers as bold text anyway.
