Install an Encrypted Password

This form can be used only by the TWikiAdminGroup users to install an encrypted password generated by a user with ResetPassword.

After submitting this form the user's password will be changed.

• Set ALLOWTOPICCHANGE = TWikiAdminGroup
• Set ALLOWTOPICRENAME = TWikiAdminGroup
