• Are there any service guarantees?
• What are system requirements?

• Is their modem line a local call from your exchange?
• How many local access points?
• For your monthly fee, do you get unlimited usage?
• Is there a setup or activation fee?
• What type of connection do they have to the Internet?
• Do they provide software to make the connection?
• Is free web space provided? And if so, how much?
• Is their service agreement month to month/quarterly/annually?

• What is your distance from the nearest Central Office?
• What happens if the installation is unsuccessful?
