  • A Group Is Its Own Worst Enemy; Clay Shirky; July 1, 2003; on the "Networks, Economics, and Culture" mailing list — a fascinating article, about the rise of social software (software for group collaboration), and the mistakes that keep being repeated, and something like three things you should be aware of and four things you should do. (I started summarizing it offline, I may move the summary here when I'm done, and, maybe the article needs to be categorized somewhere else — but, for now, it's here.)
