A scripting language. Don't know any more at the moment. (At one point I thought it was a toolkit for doing something like adding widgets to a web program, but I don't thing that's right. Need to do some Googling or reading.)

    • positive — a good glue language
    • negative — strange syntax, it doesn't sound like there is any reason for me to want to learn tcl What a dumb thing to say, the curse of death — next week I'll desparately need to learn tcl.
