I can't seem to shake this apache error: [error] Can't load Perl file: /home/main/dwiki/tools/mod_perl_startup.pl I've tried pretty much everything I can think of and have read through and tried http://twiki.org/cgi-bin/view/Support/ErrorsUsingModPerl votz: comment out the mod_perl startup related lines in your twiki.conf apache file you don;t need mod_perl unless you have high load on the server see also TWiki:TWiki/ApacheConfigGenerator http://twiki.org/cgi-bin/view/TWiki/ApacheConfigGenerator peterthoeny: thanks for the tips I actually got it 'working' good by moving everything to a /var/www/ subfolder happy twiki'ng the twiki root folder was originally in a /home/user/ subfolder but there for some reason, no matter the permissions or owner of the folders and files, apache kept throwing that error I would rather run twiki from a folder in /home/user/ instead of /var/www/. Do you have any idea how this would be possible? peterthoeny: ping, in case you minimized ( the 'happy twiki'ing' suggests so ) :) should work in any directory I tried everything I could think of the apache config generator takes care of the proper apache settings even down to naming directories without the '-' I used that every time hmm not sure chown -R apache:apache /home/user/twiki/ etc everything in the tutorial make sure mod_perl_startup.pl existed, was executable, owned by apache, etc anyway, it's 2am, time to sleep; early meeting in morning 5:02 here :D peterthoeny: thanks for your help, lemme know if you have any epiphanies overnight :-) peterthoeny: nn, and drop bombs on your meeting tomorrow ;) ttyl votz the twiki release meeting is about to start, interested folks please /join #twiki_release
