[14:44] how about just asking your question...? [14:45] absolutely ! [14:45] I just installed Twiki on Fedora [14:45] and I configured the settings using the configure page [14:45] I can login into Twiki using the admin account that was set up [14:46] but am unable to create any other new accounts [14:46] Whever I register a new user .... I can c the user's page [14:46] but if I try to sign in using that account [14:47] Twiki says that its unable to recognize the user [14:47] what could be wrong?? [14:48] the accounts need to be verified [14:49] the users receives an activation email and has to confirm, after that the login should work [14:49] we do not want that functionality and hence I have changed the setting to "No" so that passwords are not an issue [14:50] We do not have the sendmail programm working and hence instead of configuring the smtp options I have just let it be [14:50] is there any other way aroung it ? I am using %TOC% and then each letter is a header. Right now, i have 26 lines that go down, a-z. I would like them to go across the page horizontal. [19:00] is there a way to accomplish this with the %TOC% option? [19:00] sounds like %SEARCH% may be what you're looking for [19:01] let me look at that. [19:01] thank ko6yq [19:06] You'll be specifically looking for the formatted search [19:23] *** eberon_ has quit IRC () [19:26] *** eberon_ has joined #twiki [19:33] ko6yq, i'm trying to figure out search. Do you have a page that shows an example of it? [19:57] i have a table that is editable. Is it possible to change the order of the rows in the table? [20:02] let's see if the TWikiBot does it's job when I say FormattedSearch :-) [20:02] otherwise I'll have to paste the URL... [20:02] http://twiki.org/cgi-bin/view/TWiki/FormattedSearch [20:02] thanks [20:04] in particular you'll want the nonoise option so that it won't toss all the formatting in the search results - then you can format it yourself like you want [21:11] *** TJCRI has quit IRC (Remote closed the connection)
