t35t0rPeterThoeny, any other hints about getting this jmol to work in twiki, I tried everything and I can't get it to show up in Twiki, but works fine from a regular web page outside of twiki [17:36]
PeterThoenydid you try the absolute url to the data file? [17:36]
t35t0ryes
PeterThoeny, http://nopaste.snit.ch/82515 this is what I've got in the twiki page
that same code works fine in a regular html page, but the initial Jmol.js <script> load is in the body section, you can see it here http://structbio.vanderbilt.edu/~pattans/jmol.html
I don't think that should matter that it's in the body section though .. let me see..
yes
it looks like it does indeed matter
the intiial loading of Jmol.js must be done from inside <head></head>
anyway to "simulate" that from inside twiki
might have to try to launch it as an applet
[17:37]
this will cause your browser to hang : http://structbio.vanderbilt.edu/~pattans/jmol-applet.html
killall -9 java
http://structbio.vanderbilt.edu/~pattans/jmol/jmol-applet.html this works though
[17:50]
woohoo got it to work!
got rid of the codebase= line
in the applet call, works in twiki and outside of the jmol directory as well
[18:02]
PeterThoenyi am glad you found a solution! [18:03]
