There are a couple of related issues here. In the actual TWiki app that text field is one of a set of forms which make up a set of filters to be optionally applied (effectively logically anded) in a %SEARCH{}%. I can't really fill in any of those fields before & unless the user decides to use them. The second issue is that the app can only know that the user is intending to use that field when he/she clicks on the calendar's icon, activating the pop-up, which is when the default date needs to be applied. | [18:39] |
