1. Governance

Since Kenneth was the only member present (the other obviously did not care about showing up - damm you!!) he gave a short status on where we are.

2. Review Urgent Bugs

• Desired outcome: Identify owners for urgent bugs; eyeball release date of 4.2.4

• Bugs:Item5987 - the issue is - when you have a topic reached with a URL with parameters - and you click the links in a TOC - will you prefer a page reload preserving URL parameters or a quick jump down the topic with no reload but the parameters lost? (did I get this right?).. Please review the bug item.
  • The problem is that even if you open a topic w/o parameters attached to the original link, its TOC items still do have parameters (default values). So once we come up with a solution that strips those parameters from the items if and only if the topic was loaded w/o parameters, no superfluous reloads can happen. --mue, 16 Sep 2008

Kenneth's note

It is deeply disappointing that only 4 people incl myself show up at the first release meeting after the Summit. This meeting is scheduled for the same day, same time, every 14 days.

These release meetings are THE place where we discuss the important issues related to what the whole project is all about: The software we release. It is an important meeting!
