Feature Proposal: Make the "Installation Guide" Link more prominent in the Download page

Motivation

Today I wanted to read the TWikiInstallationGuide topic, but didn't know where to find it. So I went to the main twiki.org page, and from there to the Download page. It took me nearly a minute to realize that there was a light blue link in the gray text block just below the big "Download" banner. Actually I had to search for the word "installation".

Perhaps it could be better to have a more prominent link/banner to the installation instructions directly on the download page.
