Bug: Inconsistent Behaviour on Invalid Regular Expression Range in Search

An invalid regexp range such as [8-7] will be reported wrong only with option scope=topic

Test case

• Case 1: %SEARCH{"(1[8-7]|2[0-3])" regex="on"}%
• Case 2: %SEARCH{"(1[8-7]|2[0-3])" scope="topic" regex="on"}%

Thanks for reporting. This bug needs to be fixed.

I removed the test case topics since they produce an internal server error on TWiki.org.
