1. Feature Requests for Jerusalem Release

• Desired outcome: Discuss and decide on pending feature request that need attention

• SaveRedirectToAutoinc: AUTOINC in the redirectto parameter of the save script to be replaced by the AUTOINC number - by Hideyo-san

• RenameTopicWithNoWebPrefix: The rename topic operation to have option not to replace web internal references - by Hideyo-san
  • NOWEBPREFIXONMOVECHECKBOX settings shows a "don't prefix topic with web name when topic is moved to another web" checkbox

  • But for later, better to enhance the Func API to support two types or working data: Transient data, and persistent web specific data
  • One idea is to add a new getWebWorkArea( $pluginName, $web ) -> $directorypath, another idea is to add a new parameter: geWorkArea( $pluginName, $web ) -> $directorypath
• RealTimeNotificationByMailerContrib: Real-time notification by MailerContrib - by Hideyo-san
  • Needs more design work. PTh goal is to simplify UI so that non-technical users can use it. Initially suggested at WatchlistPluginDev.
  • PTh suggests:
    • Just one "watch this topic" menu item / button
    • A watch page to watch all page changes of interests, like in mediawiki
    • In addition, the user has a picklist to get notified by email in real-time, in batch mode, or not get notified at all by email
    • Possible to watch whole web: The watch menu item in WebHome could be labeled "Watch the Foo web", for all other topics in that web it could be "Watch this topic". Or the "Watch the Foo web" menu item could be an additional item to the "Watch this topic" item in WebHome.
