there is more to it than just renameing files and directories thats why all the work on RenameTopic... there's locking, going through all other pages and fixing up the links to the original page..

But.... you are right, there should be some way to move a page to a new web.. and then you need to clean up all the old references in all the other webs. (thank god i only have one web on my work's wiki)
