Feature Proposal: NOAUTOLINK on topics included from another web

Motivation

When NOAUTOLINK preference variable is set to on, wiki words are not converted to a link. However, when a topic is included from another web, and the included content has any wiki words, they are converted to BaseWeb.WikiWord while they are left to be a plain text (not a link). Since the wiki words are not converted to a link, the BaseWeb prefix should not be prepended either.

Description and Documentation

When NOAUTOLINK preference variable is set to on, suppress the BaseWeb prefix to wiki words contained in the topic included from another web.
